Recently, we have seen an increase in last minute cancellations for large appointments. Finale will now require a credit card on reserve for any appointments longer than 1.5 hours. All cancelations/adjustments must be done 24 hours prior to appointment. Any cancelations made after this period will be charged 50% of the cost of booked service. This is to protect the livelihood and valuable time for everyone involved. We understand emergencies and illnesses happen, we just ask that you give us the courtesy to inform us. Thank you!
